Skimback is the lifemate of Sandsparkle through Recognition and foremost healer of the Wavedancers. He made efforts to repair the Broken One's mind before the Palace came, but was unable to do so on his own.

He can heal both body and mind, and he shape flesh, e.g. giving some of his tribemates fins instead of legs.
